I dont usually write reviews but they deserve this. I have seen many times that when I order from Instagram stores many times the item is not delivered because of my address. Many times the delivery partners dont even pick my calls and later the brands do the same. They say my address is not serviceable and then cut the call. When i ordered this item I thought the same might happen- it actually did but Payal from Cultus helped me out here. She made me understand the real reason of items not being delivered to my place. Now i have good clarity of the delivery companies issue. This time too the delivery partner was cancelling the product but all thanks to Payal, she pushed the delivery team to deliver it anyhow and assisted me in this smooth delivery. Might not be smooth for her though. What i understood is: When you order your product from here and make the payment online then the item delivers for sure without any kind of delivery hassle. However when you place the order with COD then the delivery partner assumes that you will be rejecting the order and they dont even try to attempt the delivery, infact will ignore your calls. Overall Thank you Payal and Team Cultus to help me out here and explain everything in detail. will surely buy more products
